These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Apex AI Systems website and related online services. By using the website, submitting a form, requesting information, scheduling a consultation, applying for an opportunity, or otherwise interacting with our online services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Apex provides business growth, technology, marketing, consulting, and implementation services that may include website development, landing pages, GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM implementation, business automation, AI integrations, lead-generation systems, lead nurturing, database reactivation, UGC and content strategy, social media audits and strategy, digital advertising, AI visibility strategy, analytics, and related services.
Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, responsibilities, and payment terms are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.
No Guaranteed Results
Unless specifically guaranteed in a signed written agreement, Apex does not guarantee any particular revenue, profit, customer count, lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, advertising return, social-media performance, search ranking, AI-platform placement, AI recommendation, appointment volume, sales volume, or business outcome.
Third-Party Platforms
Apex services may depend on third-party CRM, hosting, advertising, social media, AI, telecommunications, payment, analytics, and other technology providers. Apex does not control and cannot guarantee their continued availability, pricing, functionality, policies, algorithms, account approval, advertising approval, or performance.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Apex retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, methodologies, frameworks, templates, workflows, processes, automation architecture, training materials, and know-how. Ownership of client-specific deliverables is determined by the applicable client agreement.
Acceptable Use
Users may not use the website to violate law, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, interfere with website operations, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the public website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Governing Law
Unless another written agreement controls, these Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Apex AI Systems sends text messages to people who opt in on our website, including consultation booking confirmations, appointment reminders, customer care, project updates, and, if you separately opt in, promotional offers and service updates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to sign up for our SMS program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. SMS Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.
