B2B Earnings & Commission Disclaimer
Effective September 22, 2026.
Certain Apex AI Systems business-to-business sales opportunities may include compensation based partially or entirely on commissions, incentives, or performance.
No Guaranteed Earnings
Unless a specific written offer or agreement expressly states otherwise, Apex does not guarantee salary, hourly compensation, minimum commissions, minimum weekly or monthly earnings, minimum sales volume, minimum leads, or minimum income.
Factors Affecting Earnings
- Individual sales performance, effort, experience, and skill
- Hours and activity levels
- Product or service sold and applicable commission plan
- Completed, funded, and eligible sales
- Refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks
- Market conditions, territory, lead availability, and customer demand
- Eligibility for bonuses, accelerators, contests, or incentives
Earnings Examples
Any earnings examples appearing in recruiting materials should be interpreted according to the specific population, time period, and circumstances identified with the claim. Individual results vary. Examples involving individual or high-performing representatives are not promises that another representative will achieve the same results.
Bonuses and Incentives
Apex may offer weekly, monthly, campaign-based, or performance-based bonuses or incentives. Eligibility requirements and payment terms may vary and will be communicated separately. Temporary incentives do not modify the underlying compensation agreement unless stated in writing.
Expenses and Net Income
Depending on the applicable relationship and agreement, representatives may incur expenses associated with sales activity. Gross commissions should not automatically be interpreted as net income or profit.
Independent Contractor Relationships
Where a representative is engaged as an independent contractor, nothing on the website alone creates an employer-employee relationship. The actual relationship is determined by the applicable written agreement and applicable law. Contractors may be responsible for their own taxes, expenses, insurance, equipment, and other obligations as specified by agreement and law.
Compensation Plan Controls
The applicable written compensation plan or representative agreement governs commission rates, payment schedules, eligibility, chargebacks, cancellations, bonuses, and other compensation terms. Applicants should review those terms before beginning sales activities.
