SMS Terms & Messaging Policy
Effective September 22, 2026.
When a person voluntarily provides a mobile telephone number and affirmatively agrees to receive eligible text communications from Apex AI Systems, Apex may send messages related to that person’s interaction with Apex.
Types of Messages
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Requested information and customer-service messages
- Application and recruiting updates
- Account and service notifications
- Follow-up communications
- Promotional or marketing messages where appropriate consent has been obtained
Consent
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing Apex services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out and Help
Recipients may reply STOP to eligible text messages to request cancellation of future messages from that messaging program. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance where supported. Apex may send a confirmation message after an opt-out request.
Delivery
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by carrier availability, device settings, network conditions, and other factors outside Apex’s control.
Contact
Questions regarding Apex messaging may be submitted through the contact information published on the Apex AI Systems website.
