This notice applies to individuals who submit information to Apex AI Systems in connection with employment, contractor, B2B sales, or other business opportunities.

- Resume, work history, education, qualifications, and sales experience
- Availability and application responses
- Interview information and professional references
- Other information voluntarily submitted
How Applicant Information May Be Used
- Evaluate candidates and determine potential fit
- Contact applicants and schedule interviews
- Conduct permitted verification or screening
- Prepare onboarding and maintain recruiting records
- Consider applicants for future opportunities

Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, employment, contractor relationship, territory, leads, compensation, or any other outcome.
Contractor Relationships
Where an applicant ultimately becomes an independent contractor, the terms of that relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement and applicable law.
Information Sharing and Retention
Applicant information may be shared with authorized personnel, contractors, recruiting providers, technology providers, professional advisers, or service providers reasonably necessary for recruiting and onboarding. Information may be retained for legitimate recruiting, business, recordkeeping, and legal purposes.
