No AI Ranking or Recommendation Guarantee
Apex does not control third-party AI outputs and cannot guarantee that a business will appear in an AI-generated response, receive a particular ranking, be cited or recommended by an AI system, appear for a particular prompt, maintain a particular level of visibility, or receive a specific number of AI-generated referrals.
AI Advertising
Advertising products on AI-powered platforms may vary by platform, geography, advertiser eligibility, product availability, and time. Apex may provide strategy, implementation, management, or consulting regarding available opportunities but does not control whether a third-party platform approves an advertiser, account, campaign, creative, or budget.
AI-Assisted Work
